Water & Irrigation System
Replaced the water pipe from the city collector to the site with a high-pressure pipe
(previous pipe caused frequent breakthroughs).
Upgraded irrigation system pipes to match new pressure requirements.
In 2022, the submersible irrigation pump was replaced with a new model.
2. Sewage System
In 2022–2023, a bioseptic tank was installed and activated. This eliminated the need to
call a sanitation truck every 3–4 weeks, removing odors near the bedroom windows.
A plastic container of several cubic meters was installed in the reception sewage well
(between the garage and parking area). This replaced deteriorating rock walls, which
had caused erosion and silt buildup.
3. Electrical System
Repaired all underground electricity supply lines for site lighting.
Kitchen sink drainage to the sewer well was cleaned at 11 p.m. In 2021, one section was
relocated to correct a reverse pipe slope.
4. Garden & Outdoor Spaces
Constructed new pergolas and a summer kitchen.
Fully remodeled the garden, adding new levels and flower beds.
Repaired the garage roof and built open parking for 3 vehicles.
Replaced roofs on 3 outdoor gazebos (original straw roofs were leaking).
Added 2 fully equipped storage rooms near the gazebos with shelving for household
items.
Installed rain gutters at the guest house.
5. Modular House for Security Staff
Equipped with water, electricity, sewage, and a shower — intended as a residence for
on-site security personnel.
6. Technology & Automation
Installed solar panels, a video surveillance system, and an alarm system.
The pool aeration system operates automatically.
Outdoor watering and lighting systems are automated.
7. Leisure & Fitness
The property includes exercise machines and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor
enjoyment.
House Recent upgrades
In 2022, the roof was fully redone. The rafter structure was reinforced, insulation
