Replaced roofs on 3 outdoor gazebos (original straw roofs were leaking).
Added 2 fully equipped storage rooms near the gazebos with shelving for household
items.
Installed rain gutters at the guest house.
5. Modular House for Security Staff
Equipped with water, electricity, sewage, and a shower — intended as a residence for
on-site security personnel.
6. Technology & Automation
Installed solar panels, a video surveillance system, and an alarm system.
The pool aeration system operates automatically.
Outdoor watering and lighting systems are automated.
7. Leisure & Fitness
The property includes exercise machines and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor
